These terms explain how you may use Orbit's Free Preview and future paid AI Visibility reports.
Acceptance of these terms
By using our Free Preview form or any other part of this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we provide
Orbit provides AI Visibility analysis: we test how AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, Copilot and Claude describe a brand, and turn that into a score, competitor comparisons, source analysis and recommendations. The Free Preview creates a private, unlisted link using the details you submit.
Our AI Visibility Score is not an official metric
The AI Visibility Score, and any related scoring, is a proprietary decision-support indicator we designed to help you understand and prioritize your brand's presence in AI-generated answers. It is not an official metric published or endorsed by OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic or any other AI provider, and it's not comparable across different tools or methodologies.
Results can and will vary
AI-generated answers are inherently variable. The same prompt can produce different answers depending on the AI engine, the specific model version, the user's location, the conversation context, and simply the point in time it was asked. Because of this, we cannot and do not guarantee that any brand will appear, be cited, or be recommended in any AI engine's output — now, in the future, or after acting on our recommendations.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site — including scores, recommendations or roadmap suggestions — constitutes legal, financial, marketing or other professional advice. You're responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act on any information we provide.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — brand name, website, industry, competitors and the rest. Our analysis is built on what you tell us, so inaccurate input will produce inaccurate or misleading results. Please don't submit information about a business you don't have the right to represent, or use the Free Preview to spam, scrape or otherwise abuse the service.
Payments and future paid plans
The Free Preview is provided at no cost. When paid reports or subscriptions become available, payment will be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and will be subject to Stripe's own terms. We don't store your card details ourselves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orbit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost business, lost revenue or reputational harm — arising from your use of the service, decisions made based on our reports, or the unavailability of any AI engine or third-party tool we test against. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question, if any.
Changes to the service and these terms
We're actively building this product and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including the Free Preview, at any time. We may also update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
